Golfing at Vita Park 5 mins from the new Lagoon View Development

Pictures taken at the local Vita Park golf complex which is 5 minutes from the new Luxury Lagoon View development, this is a new 18 hole course which when we played we found very tough, Graham Wright one of the Lagoon View development owners whos club handicap is 14 said " I cant believe how good this course is considering how new it is, its very unforgiving if you leave the fairways " 6 balls lost after 18 holes confirms this !to view the course and the owners ambitious plans please use the following webb address http://www.vitaparkgolfresort.com/

The lakes are a great feature of the course and obviously attract a great deal of local wildlife.

As you can see the club house has been built in a traditional style

The 18th Hole

A very tough par 3 hole that needs to be played over the lake to get the best position on the green, I used a 7 Iron which was the right club for me but went straight into the Lake !!

This is a very tight hole, get as much loft as you can and some back spin to sit down on the green, I didn't achieve either and landed in the Lake, I may stick to scuba diving in future but we had a great game and a lovely day out.

A slight bend to the left on this hole, sand all around the green and water to the left, you need to be a long hitter to get to the green 176 yards off the blues
