The Castle of St. Peter the Liberator of the Order of the Knights of the Hospital of St. John of Rhodes - to give it its full, comprehensive title - is Bodrum's acclaimed landmark. Over the period of six centuries it has served as a military garrison, a compound enclosing a tiny village, and even as a fortress prison. Today it houses one of the finest museums of nautical archaeology in the world.

Fishing locally is very good with many species of fish to catch from snappers and bream to bass and dorado, Huseyin our main contractor knows some very good spots and these were caught just outside the small port of Torba, grilled with some lemon parsly fresh bread and salad life doesnt get much better !

Pictures taken at the local Vita Park golf complex which is 5 minutes from the new Luxury Lagoon View development, this is a new 18 hole course which when we played we found very tough, Graham Wright one of the Lagoon View development owners whos club handicap is 14 said " I cant believe how good this course is considering how new it is, its very unforgiving if you leave the fairways " 6 balls lost after 18 holes confirms this !to view the course and the owners ambitious plans please use the following webb address http://www.vitaparkgolfresort.com/

The luxury Lagoon view development is located in a tranquel rural area of the entrance to the village of Dorteppe, these are some pictures of everyday life in and around our site, we have spoken to some of the local farmers to reach an agreement to supply Lagoon View with some of the locally grown fresh produce for our on site shop.

These pictures show some of the plants and trees we will be purchasing for the soft landscaping phase of the project,all of the plants and trees will be locally sourced, we have employed a local landscape Architect to produce a detailed scheme which we will post on this webb site, we are concentrating on the high colour and aroma varieties of plants with the lowest maintenance, please e-mail any suggestions you have to us.
